Shipping & Returns

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team on (03) 9708 2929 or alternatively email within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. From there a decision will be made as to whether you are given a credit or sent a replacement item.

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of no more than 10% per invoice total.
